Impact

Impact

At Badee, success goes beyond financial returns. We measure impact rigorously, aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Our methodology and key performance indicators (KPIs) are designed to ensure relevance, accountability, and transparency, and are monitored in real time.

Our Methodology

We approach impact with the same rigor and intentionality as business. Our approach is structured into four key stages :

01

Define

Co-create objectives with stakeholders, based on a Theory of Change and aligned with the relevant SDGs
02

Implement

Integrate impact objectives into project design and operations to ensure measurable results
03

Measure

Collect, analyze, and visualize data in a structured way, using recognized indicators and transparently communicating results.
04

Improve

Continuously adjust strategies, informed by data, feedback, and lessons learned from each initiative.
